Sincerely thank you for purchasing and using Pan Lei graphics card. Pan Lei graphics card provides three-pack service commitment from the date of purchase: seven-day refund, 60-day replacement, three-year, two-year free warranty and one-year fee warranty. Abnormal use, improper operation and man-made damage, etc.

After-sales service commitment:
1. The validity period of the three packages of graphics cards is three years. The starting date is based on the distributor's sales certificate. If the sales certificate is lost, the product bar code label is used.
2. Within seven days from the date of sale, users can choose to return, exchange (same model and specification products) or repair the products in full if quality problems occur in the normal use of the products. When the user requests the return, the distributor will return the goods for free and at the invoice price.
3. On the 60th day from the date of sale, users can choose to exchange goods (products of the same type and specifications) or maintain them in normal use, if there is a quality problem in the product. When the customer requests to change goods, if the same model and specifications of the product stop production, the same brand products with the same performance of the original product can be exchanged.
4. Within 3 years from the date of sale, users will provide two-year free warranty and one-year fee-based warranty service under normal use conditions, if product quality problems occur and fall within the scope of normal warranty. If the product can not be repaired, the user will be free to exchange the same model and specifications of good products. If the same model and specifications of the product are discontinued, it will replace for the user the same quality products as the original product performance.
5. Appendices donated with graphics cards (such as packaging, accessories, CD-ROMs, gifts, etc.) are not covered by the warranty. However, if quality problems are found in the above-mentioned accessories within seven days after purchasing the products, they can be replaced free of charge from the distributor.
Matters needing attention:
1. Products with one of the following conditions will not be covered by quality assurance:
1) Exceeding the validity period of the warranty;
2) tearing, damage, ambiguity or alteration or imitation of labels or barcodes in production or sale;
3) The type of product on the label or bar code of production or sale does not conform to the physical object of the product;
4) Non-natural damages such as burning, cracking, discoloration, external force damage and pin (foot) breakage of electronic components on display cards;
5) Loss or burnout of chips;
6) The appearance of the circuit board or components of the graphics card is bad, such as scratch, distortion, rust, oxidation fracture, etc.
7) Display cards or components are damaged by external forces, such as structural deformation, distortion and looseness.
8) The circuit boards or lines of video cards are burned, cracked, burned and discolored;
9) Non-quality damage caused by improper operation, etc.
10) Products that have been disassembled/refitted, repaired or attempted to be repaired by persons not authorized by the Pan Radium Display Card;
11) Damage caused by improper transportation and storage by users;
12) Damage caused by irresistible factors such as lightning strikes and natural disasters.
2. For products beyond the scope of normal maintenance, Pan Radium graphics card will charge maintenance fees according to the "maintenance fee standard" issued by the maintainer when customers agree to pay for maintenance first. If the spare parts can not be purchased or repaired due to other reasons, Pan Lei graphics card will return the fault card and stop the service of the card.
